1. Refund Eligibility

• Your refund request is submitted within 90 days of order delivery.
• The product was purchased directly through halogrowhealth.info.
• Both opened and unopened bottles are fully eligible under our guarantee.

2. How to Request a Refund

2. Include your full name and order confirmation number.
3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with confirmation and processing details.
4. If a return is requested, we will provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label.
5. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our team confirming your request. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives with any defect or damage, email [email protected] with photographs within 48 hours of receipt. We will dispatch a free replacement the same or following business day.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to change your package size, please request a refund and place a new order at checkout.
